Enginnovtech thanks you for using our software service and by using the Service you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Our services pertaining to engineering software apply below additional terms as per the product requirements.

These Terms of Use & Data Policy govern use of the service of our product ENiTrack/ENiSize, hereafter referred as the 'Service'.

User Content

The Service helps user to create electrical engineering projects and engineering records, text, files and other materials, collectively mentioned as the "Content", and print that Content for personal or commercial use. User retains ownership & sole liability of user Content, but by uploading it onto the Service, user is granting us permission to use the Content for the purpose of

(a) providing the Service and associated support;

(b) analysis and improvements for the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove Content on the Service that violates these Terms or that we rationally believe may create liability for Enginnovtech.

User Obligations

1. User must provide accurate information when creating account.

2. User is responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under account. You should notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User may never use another user's account without permission.

4. User shall not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Service. Any attempt or assistance to anyone else to do so will will be investigated with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

5. User shall either be an engineering student or industry professional to understand application and use of Service. By using the Service you are representing to us that you understand the engineering application of the Service.

Enginnovtech's Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, excluding Content by users, constitutes Enginnovtech's intellectual property and will remain the exclusive property of Enginnovtech and its licensors. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

This Service's logo is a property of this Company.

Modifications to the Service

Enginnovtech may modify the Service from time to time and without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Service implies your acceptance of such modifications. User reserves the right to terminate individual use of the Service, if not satisfied with a modification we make to the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Enginnovtech, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees or suppliers shall not be liable in any event , to the any extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses that result from the use of, or inability to use, the service, whether or not Enginnovtech has been warned of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Enginnovtech's total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed monthly/yearly subscription charges for current financial year or the amounts paid by individual user to Enginnovtech in connection with use of the Service during the twelve (12) months period prior to the claim giving rise to such liability, whichever is less.

Data Transfer

Enginnovtech may transfer, store and process your Content within India or in any other country in which Enginnovtech or its agents maintain facilities for providing you the better service. By using the Service user consent to this transfer, processing and storage of Content.

Notices

Enginnovtech may provide user with business-related information, including information about the Service updates or changes, via email. If required by conditions, Enginnovtech may provide you with legal notices and notices related to your account via email using the email address associated with your account.

Security

Enginnovtech will use security measures complying to industry technical and organizational standard in connection with the storage, processing and transfer of user Content that are designed to protect the integrity of that Content and to guard against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, or processing of such Content.
